How we work

Because we have many years of experience at international law firms, we are well equipped to assist in cross-border issues. We know which issues we can handle ourselves here in the Netherlands and when it is time to consult a local law firm. This approach allows you to manage external risks wisely and save costs at the same time.

We regularly assist foreign companies that require legal advice on commercial contract issues in the Netherlands. We can quickly point out the specific issues of Dutch law that are important and we can modify your standard agreements in accordance with Dutch law.

For Law Firms

C-Legal also supports other law firms. By providing second-opinions or advising on topics that are outside the core competence of your law firm. That way you can obtain specialized advice on commercial contract law related matters without the need to have this expertise yourselves.

How we work

We would like you to tell us what is important for your business and which (commercial) goals should be achieved. We work on a fixed fee basis, wherever possible. This approach will help you manage your budget and it helps us to get our fees paid. We always aim at offering you a solution tailored to fit your company.

Whereas some problems appear to be straight forward, the solutions rarely are. We have developed templates that enable us to quickly and efficiently draft a contract or advice that fits your goals and your business.
